As reported by Elizabeth Espinosa of KTLA Paul Allee entered a plea of NOT GUILTY in Los Angeles criminal court to charges that he murdered his fiance Enedine Vigil in the 3rd Floor hallway of the Hudson Hollywood apartment building.
Chasity James, aka Chasity Danelle is a sociopath who is relentless in her harassment and stalking of residents and former residents of the Hillview Hollywood apartments at 6533 Hollywood Blvd.

This video was recorded by a tenant who was assaulted trying to get into the Hudson apartment building at approximately 2:00am during a weeknight. When they were finally able to get inside the building, he was able to capture this footage from the front balcony where dozens of other tenants (who had been awaken by the commotion) were also watching on.
Yet CIM still seems to think the property does not need any onsite security of its own.
A very dissatisfied Hudson Hollywood tenant sent us this screenshot this morning. Seems even LAPD officers warn AGAINST moving into CIM’s lovely Hudson Hollywood apartments.

Los Angeles firefighters are on-site, July 11, 2011 responding to an emergency situation at the CIM owned property.
CIM’s Hudson Hollywood apartments property management team, lead by Meghan Benoit, continues to fail to provide even the most basic services for tenants. They are currently in breech of every tenants lease agreement.
On June 9, 2011 tenants of the Hudson Hollywood apartments were greeted with signs placed at the the front and rear doors saying the gas for the building would be shut off any day now. The notices were placed by the gas company for failure to pay over a thousand dollars in back payments (over 5 months of unpaid bills)
This is a serious problem for tenants as the building supplied gas service is what provides tenants with hot water for showers, dishes, and laundry.

The Hudson Hollywood owners and management, CIM Group attempt to evict tenants with outstanding LAHD violations. This is direct conflict with Los Angeles housing laws.
Apparently they do not believe water poring out of the ceiling in multiple locations is a problem they should be concerned with. Rather then addressing the issue they turned to their Century City attorneys McGuireWoods, which in our opinion serves only to intimidate tenants to abandon the property rather then seeking remedy under the laws and rights afforded tenants in California.
CIM, the owner and management company for the Hudson Hollywood apartments has been labeled a Slumlord many times over through-out Los Ageles County. Below is a sworn affidavit from Los Angeles Housing Department inspector Woody Woodmany which outlines CIM’s persistent failure to respond and remedy housing code violations originally reported over a year earlier.
Violations that directly affected the habitability of the apartment, which was deemed by LAHD to create an uninhabitable sanitary condition for the tenants. The Hudson apartments was subsequently placed into the [REAP] program bringing the apartment under direct supervision of the housing authority of Los Angeles.
CIM is notorious for for using their clout and position with elected officials (such as city counsel president and district representative Eric Garcetti) to skirt tenant rights and city code.
The tenant was represented by Basta, INC. lead counsel Daniel J. Bramzon, who took on the Hollywood real estate giant after a long documented history of building code violations and numerous violation of tenant rights as defined for the RSO and LAHD.
Many residents of the hudson hollywood apartments are still fighting CIM for illegal rent increases (see Rent Control Stabilization Ordinance)
Fighting your landlord is never easy, no matter how right you are (or how wrong they are). Your best bet is to avoid that tenant/landlord relationship all together. Do yourself a favor and look for any other building in the neighborhood instead of the Hudson Hollywood.

Chasity James aka Chasity Danelle, (once an extra on TV show “The Game”) was recently arrested again (see image above) at the Hudson apartments. This time Chasity James was arrested for a felony of criminal threats against other tenants.
Hollywood PD must now have quite a large file of criminal complaints received from tenants at the Hudson apartments in Hollywood (formerly the Hillview Hollywood Apartments).
It is a very sad time at the Hudson apartments following the murder of a beloved tenant and civil rights activist Enedine Vigil.
After hundreds of complains had been lodged to management (CIM) by Ms. Vigil in regards to her safety on the property, she was planning to move out in the spring. Unfortunately her dreams were cut short, as she was murdered in the early morning on January 4th, 2011 in the hallway just outside of her apartment at the Hudson Hollywood apartments.
CIM GROUP (Hudson Property Management) is so insensitive, that they continue to throw in the garbage (literally) the memorial poster (seen above) in the trash, when it is placed in the common area by other tenants still mourning this tragic event. CIM Group intentions and motivations are clear, and they should be ashamed of themselves.
Swat teams have evacuated the building and a stand-off ensues while the suspect has barricaded himself inside a 3rd floor apartment.
Prosecutors charged Paul with murder Thursday in connection with the slaying of Enedine at their apartment building in the early hours of January 4, 2011. Leaving her body in the 3rd floor hallway and then barricading himself inside to resist police and swat teams.
Paul Matthew Allee, who is being held in lieu of $2 million bail, is scheduled to make his first court appearance Thursday at the downtown Criminal Courts Building.
He is expected to plead not guilty to one count of murder with the special allegation that he personally and intentionally discharged a firearm causing great bodily injury and death to the victim.
First and foremost two better/safer apartment buildings include the Alta and The Jefferson both located on McCadden (1blk east of Highland).
Property manager Malika Joi Davis said it best during a recent resident tour of the Hudson Hollywood (formerly Hillview Hollywood) apartments.
Drain flies (also known as “moth flies” or “filter flies”) are a common nuisance in/around homes and commercial buildings, including sewage treatment plants. Adult flies may become so numerous indoors that they congregate at windows, around light fixtures, and around showers, bathtubs, sinks and floor drains. They can annoy people sitting indoors or outdoors. Since these flies often originate in unsanitary conditions, there is the possibility of disease transmission that can affect human health.
Adult drain flies are small (1/6 to 1/5 inch long), fuzzy, dark colored insects with the body and wings densely covered with hairs. Their wings appear large for their body, are held roof-like over the body when at rest, giving them a mothlike appearance. They are weak fliers and fly only a few feet at a time. Back in July 2010 on the night prior to her employment reassignment Malika Joi Davis was caught placing a letter on tenants doors. She was intoxicated and the letter beyond demeaning/hostile.
This issue was NEVER addressed, with the tenants whose names were included in this heinous letter by incoming management CIM. It was explicitly brought to their attention.
This followed 2 months later by a battery of another tenant while walking to their car, they were attacked by a woman who according to CIM representative “Tamra” is squatting with Steven Tyler in a 1st floor apartment at the Hudson.
Police removed Chasity James aka Chasity Danelle from the Hudson property this morning following a violent attack on a tenant in the parking structure of 6533 Hollywood Blvd.
Police records will document the arrest of a Ms. Chasity James aka Chasity Danelle, on September 20, 2010 for assault. A temporary restraining order was issued that day.
Chasity Danelle was also charged and arrested for stalking and making criminal threats to an urban blogger who has his offices located at the Hudson apartments.
